Booked my holiday easily, quickly and exactly how and where I wanted it. Stacey was polite, cheerful, and efficient. (Saw the holiday advertised in the window and hadn't intended to go away at that time of year, but was enticed into the shop.) Used this branch many times and it was nice to be recognised, with all my information already held in the system.
