Hays Travel - Sutton Reviews 

We saw Mandy at the Sutton branch to book flights and hotels around going to a cruise around Japan. She was friendly, helpful and professional and went over and above to make sure we got everything we wanted and made helpful suggestions (with another colleague) we were very pleased with the service provided.

Mandy did a fab job on the Computer , in getting up the Cruise we wanted, & giving us all the info we needed.

I been planning a trip to Prague as part of my bucket list.i was helped in finding a good affordable break with transfers to the hotel the staff have always been polite friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing experience and the holiday agent helped find us our ideal holiday nothing was to much trouble she happily looked at various hotels and areas to ensure it was exactly what we were hoping for.
We will definitely use her services again in the future

2nd holiday I have booked with Hays Sutton this year . The staff are so helpful and friendly. Dean was a star helping me with tech stuff like downloading the app for an OAP couldn’t praise them enough

Every thing was fine until I went to exchange my Canadian dollars when I spoke to the assistant manager at Sutton he told me the exchange rate I would get would be 1.76 can. which i agreed took him at his word but when I returned I found I had been given a rate of 1.67 can and had paid £3.95 for the honour .I feel the ass.manager lied to me I was also not informed the maximum I could exchange was 500 can .I await you response.

This lady Caitlin in the Sutton store was 100% on the ball , she was with me for about an hour and was very professional and clean speaking and got me the best hoilday, I will definitely be back there again to book a another trip when I come back from this one in July .You should be proud to have a great person working for your company

Friendly staff very helpful it was quick & easy to book holiday did not have to wait long all done in a giffy .very pleased with service.

I could not physically get to the office so dealt with Hays Travel via phone only and found the experience efficient and without stress - they eliminated my concern about not being able to sit across from an agent and am very grateful for their help and understanding and acting upon my requests efficiently.
