Ifound the whole Experience really easy. I had a few questions which were all answered and although I had to ask if there were any other dates that I could chose from - I was sorted quickly with other options given. I spoke to Gail who organised my mini break- she was very friendly, polite and helpful. I would definitely use Hays Travel again !

Once again the level of service received from Debbie Robinson was second to none. With her usual friendly and professional help the perfect holiday has been booked for us.

Debbie dealt with us and she was awesome from start to finish and beyond.... We went in and explained our budget and what we were looking for, she did not try to sell us anything other than what we asked for and she delivered better than postman Pat ever could. Extras booked too, and even had to make a slight amendment couple days later and she hooked us right up. Not been into a travel agent to book a holiday for probably 10 years but I will definitely go back to book my next one with Debbie. Thanks so much for making the process so easy and not trying to get me to go to Turkey 🙏🏽

I book all my hols with hays travel at riverside the girls are so helpful nothing is too much for them to do .I've booked my hols for last 12 years .the girls are credit to the company .
