Staff helpful and friendly

I chose Hays Travel in Malton as it is our local town.
when entering the shop I was greeted by Debi with a lovely smile, this made me feel at ease straight away.
I explained that we were looking for a River cruise in Europe and she chose a brochure for me and then helped me choose the right River Cruise for us. Debi was very helpful and informative.

Having previously visited for holiday advice and been provided with a selection of hotels, I came home to discuss options.
I then returned a few days later with a different hotel, destination and dates. I was greeted well and there were no problems with the booking.

Debi was welcoming and very knowledgable. Gave us everything we asked for and more.

Went in to the malton branch, Gordon and another lady both welcomed us, sat with Gordon, told him the kind of holiday we wanted and date he got up all what was available, got a holiday booked, parking and he also told us about the jet 2 app which I also downloaded. I do love going to the branch always great customer service
