We normally book our holidays online, but decided to use Hays in-store this time - as we couldn't quite find the holiday that we wanted this time, & were looking for the personal touch.
Our representative Sophie was so helpful & knowledgable, & left no stone unturned finding our preferred holiday & extras at a reasonable price.
The whole experience was easy & clear, & it was so good to get our winter sun break booked, with the convenience of paying in instalments.
A very good experience, & we'd def highly recommend Hays to anyone looking to plan & book their perfect holiday.
