Visited the store for recommendation and ultimately book a river cruise, staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable and gave 1st class service. The booking process was explained to us and and we felt involved which was very helpful.

We received a warm greeting on arrival, nice friendly atmosphere amongst staff. Very nice lady remembered my wife going in to see one her colleagues earlier in the morning and was instantly up to speed with the holiday we were interested in. She checked for a better deal gave us good advice and checked us in as part of the process.
Great service, simple process so on this basis we only have positive reasons to go back to Hays Travel 👍
