I regularly use hays travel in jarrow for booking holidays and currency exchange. All of the staff members are so helpful and friendly. When booking my latest holiday, I initially spoke to Ruby the apprentice and ahe was very friendly and professional. She helped worked through the cost of my holiday to get me the best deal. I came back a couple of days later to book the holiday and although Ruby wasnt in, another staff member helped me with the final booking process.

We went in to get some prices and see what was available for the summer holidays. Chloe was really helpful finding us the perfect place for our family get away. Booking was really easy and the service was great. Thank you.

I have to say you’re always greeted with a warm smile from the ladies in the Jarrow branch.
I was seen by Lesley and told her I had a very short timescale to book a surprise holiday for my pearl wedding anniversary (husband was waiting in the car and thought I was just popping into a few shops 🤣).
Lesley got me sorted very quickly and husband has no idea he’s going away in 2 wks lol.

Michelle at Jarrow Hays,our trusted travel agent, always goes above and beyond for all our travel needs, looks for best deals and makes sure it suited us to the ground! Bet we got on her nerves swapping and changing hotels, but she is always lovely, we never shop anywhere else! That's again Michelle x

I ususally always book my own holidays, but after looking tirelessly for over a week I couldn’t find anything we wanted within our budget so decided to drop in to Hays Jarrow. Ruby assisted me and patiently helped me find a fantastic deal after looking through so many, she definitely pulled it out the bag. 4star Hotel in our ideal location and even cheaper than our original budget. To save any hassle I’ll be using Hays now every year and asking for Ruby.
