The staff and manager couldn't do…

The staff and manager couldn't do enough for you nothing was a problem even exchanging money got the best rate the manager even checked which was the better deal on offer between tui and jet2 and easyjet the booking was quick all done in within half hour

WE have always booked our holidays with…

WE have always booked our holidays with Hays Travel and every time they have been brilliant from start to finish , Cloe booked us for our Disney land Paris holiday this time, Holly last time and Michelle before to Florida, can not recommend Hays Travel ( Jarrow Branch ) enough !Everything is gone over with care and professionalism , from flights, seats on the plane, hotel and transfers and for us as my wife is Disabled, VIP treatment from Newcastle airport on and off the plane including our return, cant thank the girls enough. 5 stars every time we have booked with Hays Travel. Thanks a million. Darron Brown.

I went in store hoping for a miracle and thats exactly what i got, a holiday at short notice in a beautiful destination on a tight buget! Service with a smile too!

The service from staff is 5 stars but…

The service from staff is 5 stars but unfortunately I've only given 3 stars because I can't download the hays app which is not there fault.
