This is the second time I have booked with hays travel. We have aisS had first class service from the girls Sam and Sian. Keep it up girls and we will always come back to you.

What made my experience great was the very helpful young lady which I won’t name she took her time to help us find the perfect holiday which would suit me and my daughter. Excellent service from her and would definitely go there again to book trips, holiday ect .

We have used Hays travel for all our cruises, the information and service is great, we tell them what we want and they sort everything out for us ,

What a friendly welcome we received in the office when we asked questions regarding a holiday with a special price in the window. When the lady looked on the computer the price had gone down again so we booked there immediately. She showed us pictures of the apartment and gave information on the area. We would definitely book here again due to friendliness and ease of booking procedure.

I cannot recommend Hays Travel in Ebbw Vale highly enough. I have booked 2 to 3 holidays with them every year for the past 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Sam is fantastic, always professional, efficient, knowledgeable and informative. She takes the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for and provides excellent advice and recommendations. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I always feel confident that everything has been organised perfectly.
What I value most is the trust and reliability they provide.

Quick and east booking, the service was amazing and the staff super friendly

We went in and it was quiet, I had a friend with me who knew what we wanted but the adviser made everything so simple and they were extremely friendly as I had never booked a cruise before. We chatted about the ship and because I have mobility issues they sorted out an evac chair and accessible cabin things I had never heard of, definitely 10/10 even sorted direct debit, wonderful
