The company is doing great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We either go to Broughty ferry branch or city centre because they are both good. Booked about 5 holidays with u.they get to know us very well .I normally know where I want to go but this holiday coming up was recommended to us .booking was so easy .service excellent.

Although I did not go into the shop, the service I received was excellent. My email was responded to quickly and efficiently. All my enquiries were dealt with and we have booked a great holiday. We have booked several trips with Hays Dundee and would highly recommend them. We also have a money travel card on their recommendation and it has been very handy. Very happy with their help.
