As usual your travel advisor ( Kimberley ) was so helpful in helping us book our holiday cruise on P & O Azura,we book with confidence every time we use Hays travel .

As always we are greeted by name when we enter the branch. Whatever our enquiry they always try and ensure all bases are covered. They know their destinations and always look after though thoroughly love what they do. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We would recommend them to anybody.

We booked at the Denton office with Kimberly, she was helpful, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. A real pleasure to book with.

She has found us the perfect surprise holiday for our daughters birthday and went above and beyond to make the experience informative, personalised and detailed all while making sure our child didn’t hear what was happening.

The agent was friendly, helpful and informative. The whole booking process was completed in 40 minutes and I was given printed details to take away (I do use data on my phone but it is still nice to have paper copies to refer to).
