Amazing customer service
Cameron was fantastic he saved our cruise. Due to a mishap on the way to the airport we missed our flight for the cruise. Explained what had happened to Cameron and then he weaved the Hays magic. Within an hour he had liased with the cruise company and secured flights for us to join the cruise at one of the ports of call. Absolutely fantastic customer service.
