Booked over the phone in Bedminster Bristol BS3. Rachel knew the exact holiday I wanted and rang back with in 2 hours and I paid. Rachel was amazing

We always book our holiday with Hays, in their Bedminster branch. The ladies, who work there are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, with the great attention to the detail. I cannot imagine any better service anywhere else in the world.

What a great team in Bedminster.
