From first going in to the Barry store the staff was extremely helpful I gave them a challenge as I was trying to book a package deal to Tallinn and after a short time I had all with a few options and the team at Barry ( Dona) went above and beyond and we got it sorted so thank you for your efforts

Sold airline flights that does not exist.!
I was sold British Airways flights £308. to Malaga and back to Cardiff Airport. At no time was I informed that these flights were using Vueling Airways at £138.
On having a meeting with the Manager on the 21St. I was informed that nothing could be done to rectify the extra cost.
