after our holiday in Switzerland where we were served tea from a theft by Guy Degrenne in our hotel, I decided to order two teapots.
Upon delivery, the teapots had no lids. Sent them back immediately. Now they claim they haven't received anything back. I have proof of shipment but I'm not getting my money back. € 125!!!!! Scandalous! Scammers!
I had a problem with the button on the lid of one of the teapots. The people of Degrenne were very helpful and sent me a new one immediately, great customer service
