Ordered 2 Cheryl bombs on the 10th Nov received less than 24 hours later on the 11th, that is excellent service, included hangers as well, excellently packaged, superb.
If I need anything else for my car, and they have it I will order from Graham goode before I go anywhere else can't fault the service

Ordered a few parts and a miltek cat back exhaust online , after deciding later I wanted a sports cat added to the order, I called the shop and spoke with a really helpful guy called glen , he advised me the cat and exhaust would take a few weeks to arrive but still sent the other parts , through out the whole process I had phone call updates and found the whole customer service experience excellent.

I booked a service with this company and was told to bring my car between (830/9am) and was told it must be at that time, it takes around a hour and half and would be possibly completed at 12:30 1. I do not live in Leicester but this is a company I have used for many years for my MOT service

On arrival I was told there was a back log, and I would need to collect it at 3pm. Around 2:35 I called to see if I could collect it and was informed that it hadn’t even gone in yet. I explained to them that I appreciate the back log but to not inform customers prior to the arrival is extremely inconvenient ( I could have brought it later, and I had a later personal appointment which I would miss) not only did they not apologise but said my car hadn’t even gone in yet and wouldn’t be done until 4pm now.

On arrival to collect, I was told I must get new disc pads and and brakes by the end of the month else I would be in a crash. They were extremely worn and bad. I expressed my confusion that I had a MOT with them only 8 weeks ago and it passed with No minors. I explained if it was as visually bad as they say, why it wasn’t picked up? And when I questioned by saying I have either been suddenly driving incompetently or I have had a poor MOT, I was met with a shrug of the shoulders.

Further more they said they charged me £8 for a battery in my key fob that I didn’t need, or ask for (I had been having locking issues, which wasn’t to do with my key fob and when I arrived home that evening, even with a new battery in my key fob, I still had the same issue)

when going to pay for this service they tried to state I needed to pay for the higher price oil. I explained when booking this service I stated to the lady on the phone my car reg and was told the amount it would be. The man continued to say imply that I was lying, that he writes everything in the book and I didn’t speak to a lady when booking. I continued to say I did speak to a lady and this was the price I was given. In the end he honoured my original price

After receiving such a poor customer service and car service both myself and my family will no longer be using this garage.

Ordered 3 slicon hoses for my mk2 focus rs, ordered on 1/8 arrived 3/8 , much better looking and better quality than the mountune ones they've replaced, can't fault the speedy delivery or the quality of these hoses, will definitely buy again from these .

I went to Graham Goodes after waiting for my local garage to find a part for me for 4 weeks. After finding the part myself, I spoke to Alastair who, after making me feel like I was not just a stupid old lady, ordered the part and arranged to get my car in to fix the problem. Both Alastair and Carole on the front desk, made me feel welcome and got me back on the road within hours. I will be returning to Graham Goodes every time I need help with my car.

Simon was so helpful when I ordered the wrong product. He talked me through my options without any pressure. It's great that there's someone on the end of a phone that you can talk to.

I started to come to this garage after the one I used to go to closed down. They are extremely helpful and really professional. They do an amazing job and they are always so friendly and helpful with things. Yes parts can be more expensive there but the work that you also pay for is efficient and thorough. Can't recommend them enough!!

So i've ordered a front pair of Bilstein shock absorbers, on 2021.06.19.
When my order was 1 month old i wrote an email to them, asking why didn't they send them.
Still no answer.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

What can I say, really helpful and knew what I was looking for. Great people skills and know how to talk to people. I was amazed how quick the product got to me. Good price and overall I was very satisfied with the customer service. They went that extra mile to help me out, and I can’t praise the whole team at Graham Goode.

We wanted some new wheel arch bolts for a ford ranger so we got in contact with Graham Goode racing to see if they had any. They had some and sent them express delivery so we had them the next working day. 5 stars from me I will deffo use them again.
