The operator I spoke to, to review my medical history and set the final premium, was competent, knowledgeable and personable. I expected to pay a high premium due to my age but he made the process satisfying and almost enjoyable.

Quote process was easy, came with recommendations from others, appears competitive compared to other service providers, coverage is comprehensive, am banking on not using it however, reviews for past claims were very positive - this all added up to a complete package.

Consultant was clear when explaining medical conditions when taking out travel insurance.

I hold an annual policy with Go Insurance and recently suffered an injury which meant I was unable to go on a planned trip. This resulted in a claim for reimbursement of the tour (with accompanying medical information). I appreciate how helpful Maddie my claims officer was, and the speed at which the claim was settled. The process from start to finish was really quite easy.

We insured with Go Insurance for our trip of a month to Europe this year. We provided our full medical details and happily paid the premium. Unfortunately we both became ill while in Europe, one of us severely so, requiring hospitalization and then further treatment by a local doctor before we could return home. We had to cancel most of our trip. The support that Go Insurance provided via their medical colleagues was invaluable while we were in Europe. Then on return, their efficient and fair assessment of our claim has been fantastic. We are extremely grateful to this company and recommend it to other travellers.

I am a non domicile visitor to Australia. My hosts suggested that I could stay on for a longer period but, because of my age (72) and as I'd extended once I couldn't find cover from the UK. I tried to find an Australian company but met difficulties as I'm non domicile. Someone suggested Sally who was really helpful, clearly has a terrific knowledge of her products and was very quickly able to offer me not one but several options, all of which were suitable for my requirements. I have opted for one which is the best balance for me for cost and cover.
I would recommend to anyone and would be happy to use her services again.
