Before working with you, managing compliance, inspections and property-related issues was time-consuming and often stressful. Communication with contractors and keeping up with safety requirements wasn’t always as efficient as it needed to be. Gladstay is pretty helpful, very professional

Things don't get fixed when asked. Too many rooms in the house with only one bathroom available is very inconvient and having one fridge for everyone is inconvient. When asked, they refuse to replace the fridge. They should cut the rooms down and the rent price is too much for a box room and having less facilities.

Glad Stay has been a wonderful company to be renting from. They are quick and responsive and fully cater to the tenant's needs.

Affordable and fantastic service
