On a 20 days trip the device worked…

On a 20 days trip the device worked only 4, Battery last no more than 3 or 4 hours and you have to recharge it and then died. It said 60 money back warranty. I called customer service as soon as I came back probably 10 emails back and forward. I proved that I have to used other company, I sent videos (I have to download apps) because they couldn't open video from my smart phone. Don't waist your money on that junk. And don't risk to stay without internet on your trip.

Utterly dissatisfied

At the time I ordered this I was hopeful but did not expect much. It didn't work, not at all. I tried to contact them via any email address I could find but got no response from any of them. That was all around 6 months ago. Fast forward to last night at 11pm, I received a notification from my bank that I had been charged £180, followed by a text from ryoko that has now deleted itself, I assume in the hope that I would not notice the charge during the night.
I could not recommend this service less.
