Useless. I phone to ask some questions on a product as their website lacks on details. The person I speak with "will have to go and check and get back to me". 2 days later and no reply. I find the information I need via the manufactures so I order the product via getmytaps only to be refunded 3 days later with no explanation. It's like they want to go out of business and probably do actually deserve to do so.
