Galaxy tourism is a fraud company. I would implore whoever who is reading this review to never get in touch with them or work with them. They took 1.5L from us for a trip to Singapore and when our client reached the destination there was no pick up and our hotel bookings were cancelled. We had to rebook everything while our client was there and it got us terrible reviews from a customer who had travelled with us and given us good reviews before. The owner Surya Singh is obviously running a fraud company working on such deals with reputed company like ours. He told us he would return the money which was paid to him, it has been over a year and obviously he has no plans of doing so. I wonder how such companies exhist and how people like this can continue living a life knowing that they have stolen from others. All the stories of bad reviews against them written earlier are true, as we have faced the exact same fate. We wish that such a company shuts down and other do not suffer the same fate as we did. All the good reviews posted are by their own team/ friends. Pls do yourself a favor and DON'T book with them. If you want to check on facts please get in touch with us at 8080122441. Publicise and campaign on a grand scale but cannot fulfill actions
Cannot provide services and leave customers stranded in foreign destinations without even providing refund and penalty for their short comings .

fraud company .. takes money and doesnt provide services .. avoid

Fraud DMC, charged 100% payment two month before and not provide promised services..asking for refund nor responding..company sales person Mr. Hemant worst sales person i have ever seen in my travel career..Owner also not serious about his company image and goodwill..only setting for making money.
