The products are amazing however the lack of clarity upon checkout about international orders and possible customs and import taxes is lacking in todays world of online shopping ....yes it is stated in the terms and conditions but these days a simple pop up of acknowledgement to proceed with an order with this information is a very simple fix for your ecommerce team I forming the end user of the extra charges given the way u can tell where your shopper is based given the ip address ... otherwise you would have gotten 5 stars if not for the poor ecommerce experience on checkout

Fabric is of good quality and delivery took a week.
Not having free returns from EU countries is a major drawback for an online merchant selling garments.
