We are an independent tabletop games retailer with over 15 years of experience. We have 6 stores based in Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales, Swindon and Gloucester. Cardiff is based within a 5 minute walk from Cardiff Central Station. Situated inside the South Wales Gaming Centre which has over 70 gaming boards and a licensed bar, the ideal venue for you to play and meet like-minded gamers and build on the ever growing gaming community in South Wales. Our Newport store is situated inside Tesco Extra in Newport Retail Park, perfect for buying milk and Space Marines in one shop! Bridgend and Merthyr are high street store as are Swindon and Gloucester. All stores have designated organised play space. My first time shopping with Firestorm and their website promised item shipped same day if ordered before 3pm I think. This is excellent as a number of other FLGS can sometimes take days to ship items and means I will certainly consider them for future purchases. Item arrived quickly, was well-packaged and price was competitive. Thank-you. :)

The yo-yos do not work and are dangerous
The yo-yos do not work. You have to really launch them hard to get them to unfurl and then they spring back violently. They are also
heavy, so quite dangerous.

Careful when ordering books
I want to be clear that the service from this company was largely stellar. It was quick, hassle free and the communication from them regarding my order was superb - they send a confirmation email of your item(s) being picked, shipped and then the courier handles delivery details (in this case it was Royal Mail). They also send an initial confirmation email detailing your specified delivery address and who to contact if you need to change anything.
The three stars instead of five comes from the fact that I ordered “Warhammer: The Old World Roleplaying Game: Collector’s Edition” as a gift for my friend, and while it was delivered quickly, the corners have been damaged.
This isn’t something I would personally be so picky about normally, but it’s a collectors edition and a gift, but the packaging was lacking. I appreciate they wouldn’t have known it was a gift, but people tend to care about their books condition, especially when they are a specific version like collectors.
Conclusion: trustworthy site with great communication, but be careful when purchasing books as their packaging lets them down heavily.
