Finder did not honor their $300 promotion
I signed up for the Finder AXOS $300 promotion on March 20, 2026. That same day, Finder changed its terms and conditions. I emailed them with screenshots of the earlier T&C. They said they would honor the original conditions for anyone who signed up on March 20. I made my deposit with AXOS and held the money there. I did everything I could to qualify. They changed the status of my promo to ineligible. I emailed them to say they had violated their earlier agreement and they asked for loads of paperwork proving I had met the T&C which I supplied. They told me my dashboard status would change to "Validating" and that they approved my bonus on their end and all I had to do was wait till July 17 and I would get an email from Tremendous with a link to the gift card. This never happened. They have repeatedly lied and customer service ignores most of my emails.
Lack of support & fulfillment for referral reward
Opened an account with Consumer Credit Union via FINDER (link) as instructed. However, the referral reward didn't arrive from FINDER. It has been a hassle to try and reach customer support at Finder. They only have email contact and most times no one replies. I'm not sure if its a scam or lack of customer support? BEWARE using Finder links in the hopes of receiving reward compensation. I'm still waiting on Finder to fulfill my reward.
Denied a cash-back bonus without reason, and despite providing proof of requirements met
I applied for a Finder promotional cash-back offer. I met the advertised eligibility requirements, but Finder denied the bonus without giving any valid reason. Their "chat" feature they suggest using to resolve the issue is non-functional. I sent them three follow-up emails with proof of meeting all requirements; they ignored the first two emails and after sending further proof that they requested, have not responded with any resolution, corrected the eligibility, or sent the reward they promised.

Impossible terms and conditions, essentially a scam
I did a Finder offer to open an account at Consumers Credit Union, make one or more deposits, keep it open for 60 days, and get paid $150. I opened my account, met all the the requirements, and was surprised when I went back to Finder to see "not eligible" when I should have been paid out.
If you read the terms closely, finishing the offer is actually designed to be impossible. The offer on Finder was open for signups from April 15th to May 15th, HOWEVER the eligibility for the promo is only reviewed on June 15th. So this means unless you clicked through the offer on the very first day, you cannot possibly meet the terms of having your account open for 60 days by June 15th. Why keep it open for another month then? The offer also said it would be paid out July 15th, so why not evaluate on a rolling 60 day basis?
The icing on the cake is that I've emailed Finder twice over the past month about this offer, and they just ignore it, I've gotten no response from their usrewards email address, not even an automated "we've received your email" message. Just silence. Additionally, the chat link on their site does nothing, it's just broken. There is no way to talk to anybody at this company.
I believe Finder got paid by Consumers for my signup and they're just keeping the money. Don't waste your time with anything on this website. I've done a lot of bank account and credit card signup bonuses, and Finder is the only place I've not met a bonus due to tricky wording and a completely unresponsive service team.

Misleading advertisement
Misleading advertisement. THEY DON'T CONFIRM OR PAYOUT. I Signed up for a new bmo chequing within time frame for the 175 reward. Completed all necessary criteria. My account is still marked as awaiting confirmation.
Their support email (help-ca @finder.com) doesn't reply. See the other 1 star reviews as well. I've sent about 4 emails now. They just love making people get a hard credit pull.

Scam - they don't pay rewards out
Scam! They are refusing to pay the promised $300 reward to so many customers who successfully completed the terms of their Axos offer. Just see the comments at the Doctor of Credit's post on the Finder/Axos deal to understand how many people have been scammed! Both my husband and I have sent them emails, which always go ignored. Stay away!

$150 Scotiabank reward unpaid past your own deadline — please resolve
I opened a Scotiabank Preferred Package on February 27, 2026, through Finder’s comparison link — within your Jan 5–Feb 28 promotion period — as a new Scotiabank chequing customer. Per the promotion terms, the eligibility check was due by March 28 and the $150 digital Visa gift card was to be issued by April 28, 2026 via Tremendous.
It is now well past that date. I have received no gift card and no notice of ineligibility. I’ve already emailed support from the email tied to my Finder account with my details and have had no resolution.
I’d like Finder to (1) confirm whether my sign-up tracked to my account, and (2) issue the reward as offered. Happy to provide my account-opening confirmation. Posting here since other channels haven’t resolved it.

scam company
Wow, I'm shocked at how horribly run this company is. After sending 5 emails to their "customer care" email that the website keeps telling me to contact if I run into issues, I'VE GOTTEN ZERO RESPONSE (it's been 2 months). I opened a whole bank account for the $175 gift card that I was marked "ineligible" for, and to make it worse, I'm pretty sure nobody even works at this company and it's a scam. I will be sure never to do another deal with this company ever again
Update: Finder replied here on 06-25-2026 suggesting I email help-ca @finder.com which is so funny because I have already been emailing that exact address for 2 months with zero response. Thanks for no help

Promoted a bank that mass closed accounts and now have money in limbo. Finder customer service is non responsive. I would never use a promo from them again.

Finder reward incorrectly marked not eligible, no response from support
I completed a Finder Crypto.com $100 promotion in December 2025.
The reward was successfully tracked in my Finder account, but it has been incorrectly marked as "Not eligible".
I am a new user and completed all required conditions, including over $500 in crypto trades. I have full transaction records to support this.
I have contacted Finder support multiple times over the past month and received no response.
This is very frustrating, especially since the promotion is tracked but incorrectly denied, and there is no effective way to get support.
I have now filed a BBB complaint and hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

app that rewarding
Unlike other apps that rewards you
You can compare almost anything from comparing credit cards, banks, loan agent's etc
And get rewards for them with a little patience and spare time you can reward yourself for your time.
I would recommend everyone to try
