The WORST company I have ever dealt…

The WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. 228 days after selling my tickets on their resale site and I STILL have not received my refund of over $1,000.
DO NOT ever buy tickets to their world cup or even continue to put money into this company.

I have contacted them countless times and their employees simply say they have paid me. I have asked for evidence of this, over two weeks ago, and my "request for evidence" is still with their finance team which I doubt I will ever receive.

FIFA if you are reading this - I will not rest until I get my money back.
