I’ve also had the same experience with the cheap quality jumpsuit. Wouldn’t even pay a fiver for it. Avoid like the plague.

Run, these company are thieves. I wish I had looked at a review before buying. Misleading, sizes too small, material cheap and not demin. Please do not waste your money, I wasted £40 for something I wouldn't even give out nor sell. Their customer service is AI... all in all, don't fall for it as I did.

Terrible, do not order from this company.
4 weeks to receive my jump suit and it is nothing like the picture, not even close - AND on top of that, it is horrendously poor quality.

Awful sizing. I am 5ft8 and a U.K. 10. Ordered a jumpsuit in a L which says UK12-14 on the sizing and the length in the body is so small I couldn’t even get it up over my shoulders. When I asked for a refund I was told I either had to pay for recorded delivery myself or I could have 50% off something else and keep the jumpsuit. Quality also really flimsy so can’t even sell it on for much.

Terrible company, I ordered their denim jumpsuit and I was delivered what it could be similar to a jumpsuit but very shine material and no denim at all. When I tried to ask for a refund I was told that would be very expensive and that can give me 30% discount. I lost almost £40. I put reviews on their pages but now they blocked me because I said that they should be reported to training standard as scammers. The pictures of the shop and clothes are all AI engineering. Please do not buy

Bought two sets of their jumpsuit arrived 3weeks late the quality is disappointing when I went on to see how to get a refund they said I would have to pay for shipping to Asia as that’s where their clothes are make the style looks different to what they are promoting on instagram please people don’t buy from this company I have lost out on £78

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. Their clothes are not as advertised. I ordered a denim jumpsuit. On the website it looked lovely, what arrived was the cheapest, shiniest material. Scratchy and unwearable ! To top of off they want me to pay return shipping to Asia before receiving a refund. I would never order from here again, total waste of money

Yeah avoid at all costs, it portrays as a London company but it’s from China, not received my order and won’t let me cancel and from other reviews the quality of clothing is bad

Absolute shower of a company took 3 weeks to arrive. advertising that it's a UK based company and it is not !!! I have had better quality from temu .scammers avoid .

Wish I had read reviews first. Product not UK based and poor quality. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Also described as dark brown and is orange! Really disappointed

Said it was UK based, came from Asia. Material flimsy. Ordered Large. I would say fits size 12. When asked about returns, they said it would really be expensive to send back, to give it as a gift to someone and they would give me 30% back. REALLY!! This was not a cheap garment. Garment probably only worth £10. To many sites doing this now.

I've waited nearly on 3 weeks for an item that isn't the same as the picture, and material wasted money on something i will cut up and use for polishing furniture with, atleast my house will be clean. Never will I use this company again. Awful

Website is totally misleading. It looks as though it's a UK based boutique wheras in fact is a Chinese company with cheap tacky clothing.
They advertuse shipping by Royal Mail which is a lie, as it was delivered by Evri.
Have sent 3 emails requesting to return all items without having a reply.
Products not worth the money, customer service is non existent. Don't waste your money buying their falsly advertised products.

Ordered two bags - told they had been dispatched but parcel never showed up. I have contacted the company multiple times to no response yet they’re still able to take the money and ask me to review my purchase

The bag took a few extra days longer to arrive than stated. However, when I received the bag, I was soooooooooo pleased with it. It is absolutely gorgeous and to top it off, I got it on special offer. Love Love Love it and i bought it as gift for a friend (I am so tempted to keep it and buy a different gift lol). I may just order another one tell the truth. Ever so happy 😊

I wouldn't recommend this company they haven't got back to me about faulty bag

Appalling customer service. Ordered a bag my daughter had chosen for Christmas, and checked the order slip when it arrived to ensure it was the correct one. However when it was opened on Christmas Day, I was disappointed to see that the bag that arrived did not match the order slip or order confirmation. I contacted them on Boxing Day to try and rectify the issue, I have also sent multiple follow ups and have still not had a response. There have also been no posts on social media since 13/11/22 which is more than concerning. Scam website?

Love my new bag. Very versatile with the 2 bags . Highly recommend great service from shop. Arrived 2 days after ordering very well rapped.
