They followed my instruction to where they should ship my product. I received it on time. I also liked how they will update you. Completely hassle-free transaction.

Having used event tyres on a few occasions over past five years always received excellent service. Not anymore as I had two new front tyres fitted and fitter has damaged one of the alloys. I phoned them to complain and they asked me to send in pictures of damage which I did. Nearly 3 weeks later no response or acknowledgement despite chasing. I now here they have gone into liquidation so I guess I have no hope of any recourse. If they are still trading avoid at all costs at least I did not pay in advance like some customers and nobody turned up

Took money, did not turn up at all. Cannot access website, their phone number no longer works. Looks like they shut shop...great

Not even one star. Check company as appearing gone into liquidation as of today. My son who was a fitter has not been paid today despite returning vehicle etc 2 weeks ago. No response to frantic emails.

I used Event on the recommendation of a colleague (who, to be fair, says he has used them without problem more than once). The online booking was easy, I opted to pay on the day of fitting. You are initially given a fairly broad time period for fitting, (I chose 8am-noon), and should receive a call on the day to specify a more exact time.

On the day itself I waited until about 10am and had not heard anything, so decided to call customer service just to make sure all was well and because I wanted to plan my day. I called and waited 10 minutes for an answer... nothing. When I hung up I noticed a couple of missed calls - probably the fitters, but I'll never know as it was a private number, so I could not call back. Worried I had missed them I called customer service again - another 3 times over the next 2 hours, each time waiting 5 mins but no answer on each occasion. I also sent an email. Nothing. The fitters never turned up, they didn't try calling me again, I never received an email in reply. Wow - that is pretty shoddy customer service in my book! Perhaps if I had caught the initial call from the private number then all would have been well, but I'm pretty disappointed with the experience. In the end I gave the business to my local garage who were cheaper anyway (though I had to take the car to them).

Used Event Tyres 4/5 times but probably won't again or recommend them to anyone else.

Seem to be connected to the AA now, not sure that's in the best interests of their customers.

Excellent service. Quick and efficient. This being the third time I get my tyres replaced by EMT I had the chance to compare their evolution. They are definitely keeping up with the good work and the prices.

The tyre fitter turned up on time, was very polite and helpful and did a speedy job.

Great customer service, driver and fitter has done a great job fitted my 4 new tyre's on my Discovery 2. He has come and fitted tyres to both my vehicles for the last few years. I would definitely recommend this service to anybody else.

Used Event Tyres for several years now....Have found not only the cheapest way to renew tyres but also the most convenient. Very reliable always come when they say and fitters always nice and friendly. Cant ask for more really.

Polite, friendly, fitter. Event Tyres were £50 cheaper for my tyres than the mobile tyre fitting company l normally use. Fitter came when he said he would, would highly recommend.
