When i see Sophia she always makes me feel welcome and she always trys to sort out what problem I have we are still trying to sort it out and she is very understanding to we can also have a laugh why we wait for her to get through to engineers or customer services she is very lovely i have been many times so i have put the last time I went

My mother had a first class experience…
My mother had a first class experience in the derby branch today, Sophia ( store manager) showed my mum 4 different walkers with seats, explaining the difference between the four, it was a very relaxed experience and would be happy to recommend, we were just popping in to view them but ended up buying one, thank you so much for your help.
