Poor experience with Indy from Telford side.
They didn’t show any form of interest in us when we were wondering around, sitting behind desk and play on the phones. No interest on the customer. Indy was very distanced, rather unpleasant and not bothered attitude. We did ordered bed with him however due delays in delivery we have cancelled order.
Unpleasant experience in general.

Great customer service.

Sanaullah was excellent Help he helped me select the mattress that suits me.

Quite a few customers when we arrived, the staff were very busy and I think they were one down.
They offered us a seat, asked if we would like some water or even a brew.
I went on the bed machine and was a bit dizzy when I got up, Dale was very patient and really nice.
They couldn’t have been nicer.

I was treated like royalty trying out beds that was suitable to me
This is my 3rd flaxby mattress so I knew really what i was looking for.
Shaun was very nice and so helpful
Had a nice cold drink of water
He knows his job is a asset to your company a big thanks for all your help shaun.

The person who served us was patient, we r elderly and he made sure that we understood everything and didn’t rush us. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Hope the delivery is as good and the assembly of the bed goes smoothly.

Hanna was very helpful with the purchase, showing all options. An easy way to shop ,grateful for that.

Jennifer was the sales person dealing with our purchase and she was amazing, and so helpful and can't praise her enough. We were given tea and coffee.

Went in looking for a particular bed which we found out was in the sale bonus! However, we were told that it was last one and at that time they weren't able to sell it to us due to a system issue. Lucy took out phone number and promised to call us when we could buy it which she held true to. We went in to purchase it and there was an even bigger discount on it WOW! Lucy at the Peterborough store was brilliant and would definitely recommend 10/10

We went into Dreams to look at mattresses. The young woman who came over to ask if we needed help was extremely helpful. So much so we ended up buying bed frame and mattress. There was no hard sell involved just friendly helpful customer service. Well done and thank you.

Lisa and Ben were excellent at the Reigate branch. Lisa was very patient with us and showed us all options available. Ben was incredibly helpful with our 2 children whilst Lisa was helping us.

Staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful

I came to Dreams looking for a mattress. I was helped very well by an assistant who was very knowledgeable about the product. I settled for a mattress and was passed on to another assistant who dealt with the purchase that included an 8 year protective deal and a lovely pillow.
Essentially, both were a credit to Dreams and I will have no difficulty in recommending Dreams as a first stop to purchasing anything to do with beds.
I look forward to the mattress delivery on the 4th Sept.
