I ordered a bed,mattress, headboard and pillow on the 7th of July to be told i would have delivery on the 1st of August, i was sent an email telling me that delivery would be between 10.30 and 12.30 today, then 2hrs later was sent another email telling me that my delivery was delayed until 27th of August.
This is no way to run a business and looking at the reviews i see that there is many, many unhappy people in the same situation.
The reasons given for the delay on delivery is a load of tosh and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
My rating would have been zero.

Explained my back problems,
Keanna was so knowledgeable,
We got to try the sleep match, which indicates the right mattress for us. Got to try a few, & was completely comfortable choosing our mattress.
Was never pushed, even offered drinks.
With the saving we got, we purchased new pillows.
