Seriously poor quality, sub standard product, with appallingly poor customer service

The matts arrived and looked good, i was a little concerned about the trim but decided to use then. With 7 days the trim just unravelled. I took pictures sent them and asked for replacement or my money back. The response was so bad, they said I'd tampered with them by cutting of the unravelled thread which was catching on my feet !!!

Good construction shop if you are…

Good construction shop if you are located somewhere in the France, you for sure need to visit it and so on, I am totally disconnected on your level so I am planning to make it possible really later. How else we can compete with such ? Care to share with me ?
