Bad communciation
Shipping to the Netherlands went wrong 3 times. 2x damaged, one time wrong table. After a total of 6 months, the right table finally arrived. Cost me a lot of energy and they made it feel like it was my fault. Didn't try to make it up at all. Very bad communication. They take no responsibility for their mistakes. I have better things to do than send 100 emails before the right one gets here.

Our returns office did everything possible to resolve your problem with the supplier company, it took a while but in the end you received the new and intact table. You have certainly suffered delays that are absolutely not your fault, but we also committed 100% to resolving your problem. Your review is legitimate, in any case we are happy that you received your product despite the problems.

The Stamp table lamp not working
Bought a 200+ table lamp in November 2023 and it stopped working two months after. I barely used it for a handful of times.

Easy transaction, fast shipping, and great customer service
I ordered a Qeeboo end table from them. I got email updates every step from order confirmation to item shipped. I'm in USA and it took less than a week to get to me. The item was packed so well that even FedEx couldn't damage it. :D
It turned out I ordered the wrong item. The item already shipped when I found out so I couldn't cancel. I emailed Customer service and they were super helpful and responsive (shoutout to Iohana) I end up keeping it since shipping it back and shipping a new one will cost too much.
