Usually i had 0 problems with my order…
Usually i had 0 problems with my order from design 911. This time...the price on the website was not the correct one, i would have expected them to assume the mistake and take the loss as i ordered from there because of the price but, ok... no info from them untill i send a email to ask why no info. They come back to me saying inneed to pay extra, i do no question asked...still i have weeks before i get the item. So ordered with 10 to 15 day delivery, got it in a month and almost a half...and paied more than expected... very and i mean very disappointed!

Not great customer service
Ordered E-ram kit 5th may and website says 3-7 days delivery in stock
Car dismantled ready for fitting new part.
Chased numerous times to be told different each time!
Yesterday told it was in the warehouse Now being told another 7 days before coming into uk
Still no further forward 9 working days in.
No one bothered to return call as requested three times without chasing again!
Refund request and email sent with no response 😕
Not been great customer service as yet

I ordered a rear bumper for a 997.1 GT3…
I ordered a rear bumper for a 997.1 GT3 RS and I received a front bumper instead. Furthermore, the project is urgent; I had to pay customs fees and I already have an appointment with my body shop. I hope Design911 can quickly find a solution because the car is going to the body shop in a week.
