Disgusting service and communication

Disgusting service and communication. Ordered motorcycle tyres on Wednesday and got email late Friday night stating one tyre was not available until 12th December 2019, WHAT? How can it take 2 days to check their stock? I think stock control management requires reviewing. I have cancelled my order of front and rear tyre and requested a refund within 7 days, will update if/when they do refund in time stated. I’m expecting one tyre to be delivered, it’s always good to have a tyre on at least one rim 😂. I’ll show my bottom in wollies window if it doesn’t arrive. I’ll never use them again, not that my measly sum of £140 ish will have any effect on them. Most annoying thing is the management who should read this wouldn’t and some poor sod will have to send a reply saying how sorry they are. Probably to late in life for me to realise not to make plans and rely on what seems to be another ‘big boy’ only for them to spoil them 😡. I suggest anyone wanting items from this company goes elsewhere where stock level is live which gives you the choice to go elsewhere if necessary. Unfortunately I now have to wait for refund before purchasing elsewhere 😢.

Brilliant customer service and cheap too

Brilliant, 50% cheaper on the Michelin S1 tyres, inner tubes were cheap too, customer service by Rebecca, fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Had never heard of them before, just saw a post on FB and gave em a go. Quick delivery also, would recommend these guys👍😁
