From the initial communication to the end installation, the team provided timely concise coordinated information and the fitting team were tidy , polite and informative. Very much company to be recommended.

Reasonable price and the installation was really quick on the day, would definitely recommend!

Mostly good, friendly and trained personnel. However, their departure was marred, partly due to rain. Tools, components, rubbish (the core which they carefully drilled out of the brick wall) is still lying there. Plus one of the instruction manuals, very wet.

I couldn’t be happier with my air conditioning installation by Cold Control.

From the initial consultation, they took the time to understand exactly what I needed and gave me very sensible advice on the right system, sizing and positioning of both the indoor and outdoor units. They were particularly thoughtful about finding the best location for the external unit, taking into consideration noise, access for maintenance and the impact on the surrounding area.

There were some unexpected delays with the equipment coming from Mitsubishi Electric, but Cold Control kept me informed and were always available when I had questions.

Once the installation started, the team were absolutely fantastic — professional, friendly, tidy and incredibly respectful of my home. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the finished installation looks much better than I expected, both inside and outside.

I’m genuinely delighted with the result and would have no hesitation recommending Cold Control. In fact, I suspect they may get a few more customers from our estate once the neighbours see the finished job!

Really prompt, informative and clear communications with AJ (Sales and Design Engineer), with excellent presentation of quotation and all relevant product details. The accounts team were great to deal with and on the day of installation, Charlie and Harvey could not have done a better job! They were a delight to work with, careful and respectful of our home, and meticulous with all aspects of the job. Incredibly pleased with our new, floor mounted A/C and already enjoying its benefits! Cold control recently installed a new air conditioning system to three bedrooms in our house.

We are delighted with the quality of the work and how well the system works. The installation took 2 days and the engineers worked really hard to complete the work and tidy up leaving no mess at all.

I had one of their units installed at my property. They were incredibly helpful and responsive from the time I first contacted them regarding a quote. The install went very smoothly and they did a better job than I expected given where the unit had to be installed. I would definitely use them again.

Coldcontrol were very quick to come out and assess the problem. Once they established what needed to be done, they provided a quote and kept in contact to discuss timings and availability, working on our schedule, not theirs. The two engineers, Charlie and Roger were fantastic, really friendly, informative and polite the two days they were here, a real credit to the company.

Very poor service. It took an unreasonably long time to get a response, and after making the payment, it took over a week for a technician to arrive. If you’re running a business, do not rely on them — they are completely unreliable. I tried contacting them but received no response at all.

Reliable in delivering the plan of action which they communicate very well since the beginning. I would happily recommend them.

Reasonably priced, very helpful and professional.
Ordered the aircon unit and installed within 3 weeks.
