When i tell you the customer support is absolutely excellent. I was having a very hard time accessing my account due to phone number change. And I just could not get through the verification process to even get the option to update my info. When I would contact support they would patiently help me get through the process, and all I would have to do is wait 24hrs and follow said steps. We'll for sreason id always miss it. Lol So as frustration grew, the reps. Would always respond promptly and always with kindness and understanding. And finally I gained access to my account. It's always a pleasure when you have a company that go to lengths to make sure they help all they can to insure the CUSTOMER Is satisfied, and putting their customers FIRST. Thanks you guys. Keep up the great work.

Coinstash would have to be the best Crypto exchange I have used in the past 3 years, hands down. They have an outstanding number of tokens to trade, compared to other exchanges, which is so important for a crypto trader. Their fees are reasonable and their customer help desk is always active and super responsive. They are a pleasure to deal with and best of all they are based here in QLD Australia. I feel the most confident using this exchange for all my trading needs.

I find the platform a little confusing in a number of areas but htis is different for everyone. What I LOVE about this platform is the super responsive support so I recommend, don't stress or assume bad things - just ask them first. I think they are a brilliant team of support.

I guess I am their next victim. Please stay away from coinstash as they will disable your account ansd lock your money without providing any reason for it. I am glad I did not deposit alot of money or else I would have been screwed.

If you are looking for lower fees and great customer support this is the Australia exchange to use. The staff in the chat are super responsive to any question or issue. I like the user interface and they have the widest range of coins for an Aussie exchange. You can even request a token they don’t have and they will refer it to their research team.
