Pathetic company. Its more like a Vasuli company. Delay for 2 days and they will start braking.... no respect for business hours. They can call you in the night also. And also they are very unprofessional in the way they talk. Go to any NBFC but clix

Always check your schedule of account while taking medical equipment finance, This NBFC is non transparent and may land you in trouble. No one is accountable in this NBFC. They do not even bother to reply to legal notice of court.

I have closed my loan before 1 year ..They dont provide me a NOC also calling me again to close the loan ...i have all proofs regarding close the loan..settlement letter , payment proof all..Very froad company

Never take loan from them. No transparency at all. Employee doesn't respond to queries.

Please help me. I am begging you and Clix so called officials to help. My ref for loan is attached pls. Since Sep 2023 we are continuously in touch with Clix capital Bangalore and Hq at Noida still waiting for my refund of extra emi, insurance amt and bounce and penalty foreclosure fees which I already paid still they have Shown foreclosure letter and I have cleared them All DD and receipt paid to Clix is attached pls. Sir if I delay my emi just for 2 days they force huge penalty and bounce charges but at the same time they don’t pay but keep postponing. Sir they are not giving responding to me even though I have visited the Bangalore branch 4 times with my kids see the pic attached but no answer. They keep bypass my issues to different rep. Please go through their policy reg time frame for issues being addressed and just to mesmerise and noting else. They keep postponing by 15 days. They are imposing huge bounce charges of 3000 without any info to cst and reg interest rate they shoot up more faster than our Chandrayan:3. They have not informed me reg increase in interest rate. If people in important positions would had monitored these fellas such lapses could have been avoided and small financial institutions would have never cheated me still looting in open markets. Sir, After I had applied for foreclosure and it has clearly mentioned that I have deadline I.e month end to pay my whole amt. but Clix capital kept calling me just to coverup their monthly target and to clear my emi can you imagine already in Foreclosure the whole amt is being included and how can these people harass me to pay the emi and now i am crying for the same difference ant as refund. My friend told not to pay any emi but their collection manager Manjunath and Prasanna were at my house for collecting the emi when I reached home at 9 pm they were still there please see my phone pay receipt paid on 30 Jan 24 at 9:50 pm just imagine such a worst people are there in Clix capital. I denied 1st but Mr Manjunath gave wrong promises that he will waive off the amt which I have already paid and help me get all my refund back in time but till date he has not spoken to me after that. Money target people. Now I have been continuously in touch with Clix Capital Bangalore via email they keep postponing my refund and my wife frequently fights over the same issues and I am BP Sugar level is outstanding. And I am really sorry I can’t take this harassment any more and I declare that in event of death which will not be natural in-fact murder of my hope and trust , Clix capital Bangalore collection manager Manjunath and Prasanna and people who in their team who failed to help me and harassed me to pay emi will be solely responsible for my death and in future no Central government employees working for Military Engineering services as SAA should not become prey for such fraudulent bank and such banks should not exist in future. I believe my Ministry of Finance will do justice to my family. Thank you. I beg you to help me to get the refund as per policy with interest. I will be obliged.

Clix capital is a fraud finance provider adding unnecessary charges and making customers fool very disgusting. Too much torcher 0 knowledge employees in such company. Even not able to understand customers views.

Its a fraud company, they will add any kind of charges and ask to pay if you ask them to close loan.

Very worst Service ..No response for any queries.. No customer care numbers to reach.. I have taken Business Loan and opted for 2 months monetization, they extended my loan term 6 months and end up with paying 2Lakhs 12 Thousand more ..NEVER GO FOR ANY SERVICES..

It is one of the worst bank ever seen in my life. Customer service is very pathetic and don't know how to talk to the customers.. my ECS suppose to be deducted on 7th of every month but it was not deducted.. myself called customer care for almost a week and informed my ecs is not deducted yet kindly check and resolve... but daily I was getting a call from banker and telling that u have not paid the last emi what is your problem? This is the first question they asks and they will never listen to us and they will not understand what we are telling, again they ask why u have not paid the emi. Very very unprofessionalism. Never ever recommended.
