Patient and Knowledgeable
This was my first time taking out a loan for my business, so I had a lot of questions and hesitancies. Steven and Bryan took the time to answer my questions, calm my nerves, and explain my options. Overall the process was fairly easy
Overall the process was fairly easy. The only issue I had personally was that I received a lot of phone calls in relation to the loan. If it could just be one phone call to take care of everything all at once that would be great. Other than that I still give it a five-star rating because it was extremely easy and the staff was extremely friendly.

I canceled my loan within the period…
I canceled my loan within the period the contract allows to cancel and they still withdrew the first payment after I already had wired the full amount of loan. My account rep knew because I was on the phone with him and he was telling me how to wire the money back. So he knew I was actively wiring it back and I sent him confirmation of wire transfer. Then next day they still withdrew the first payment plus the fee for rep. But I already had canceled the loan. They I told them to cancel the payment but instead they wired me back my money from the payment they withdrew and for every wire there is a fee assessed to said payment. I don’t know why they just didn’t contact the bank and cancel the original payment they withdrew. So instead of getting my entire refund for the payment they took out fraudulently because the loan was already paid. I incurred a wire fee for their mistake. This company seems incompetent. Because it was easily avoidable and then they didn’t even fix the problem the right way. Avoid them.

In this case, the first payment was automatically processed once the loan was funded, per the original agreement. As soon as you notified us of your decision to cancel, our lending partner immediately initiated the refund process. Unfortunately, ACH transactions can’t be reversed instantly, so the funds had to be returned through standard banking protocols, which may result in wire fees outside of our control.
Although we can’t reverse what happened, we’d like to show our appreciation for the trust you placed in us. If you’d like, please email us at support@clarifycapital.com and we’ll be happy to send you a gift card as a gesture of goodwill.
We do take your feedback seriously and will continue working with our partners to improve communication and reduce avoidable issues wherever possible.
Great and efficient team
Aidan and the whole team made the process pretty smooth and simple. What I like the most is that everything was settled in less than 24 hours.
