They are great with their returns and incredibly fast. They communicate immediately and easy to deal with.
Everything I have bought has been perfect except one particular dress and they dealt with the issue immediately. i was very impressed.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and it didn’t fit… these people were GREAT and I exchanged it… it is absolutely beautiful and excellent quality! ! Will shop here again!

I’m giving them 4stars simply because of their return policies. It’s 2024 why do we have to post our own returns when most stores shipping items with a return label. On top of that when they issue your return they only issue the amount you paid for the item that’s not including the shipping and handling you paid for. Therefore I had to pay to ship it and then pay to return it…now that’s crazy. Overall the quality was great but they don’t make clothes for medium built woman

I am giving a 5 star because even though the dress I received is a little different from what the website shows (lighting) I had a great experience beginning to end. Ordering and payment are easy, shipping was fast and the quality of the dress is really good, well made. I sent an email to customer service expressing my concern about the differences of what I received from what I was expecting. Exchange a couple emails and photos and they responded fast, very kind and trying to help me solve my issue. They offered me couple solutions and at the end I chose the one that worked for me (understanding their policies). Whoever was helping me went above and beyond and I do appreciate that!

Scam! I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company.
I won’t even bother the deal with the return as have to ship the item at my own cost to China. Don’t want to loose more money than I lost buying a dress from them.
Don’t even think about purchasing from them.

High quality fabrics and great aesthetics, I love this brand! The sizes are normal fitting non slim or wide oversized

I bought a dress thst was too small. I notified them I need to return. However my credit card was compromised and had to be replaced. I was advised "sorry dear it has to be the same card". I wonder if there card was compromised if they would keep the same one

I bought a dress from Catchall and the quality was horrendous, it was like wearing a plastic bag. I contacted the company to return it. Their return process was the worst I've ever experienced. I had to post the package to California (I'm based in London), pay for postage and tracking. They then emailed me to say a refund had been issued, but I hadn't received anything 10 days later. I emailed them to ask when I would receive the refund and they immediately issued it.

This company is incredibly unprofessional and their products are very low quality. AVOID.

I ordered so many dresses. They are all beautiful and unique.

Please do not order anything from this store. I emailed them immediately after placing an order to cancel it and they ignored my emails and shipped item anyway. They are based in China and when I tried to call it was a bad number.

So good quality and very elegant clothes. I really recommend this brand. I love it!
