Ordered from their eBay shop, Wrong item sent and tried to say I ordered the wrong ones!
The customer support is rude and unhelpful. Did I mention they are rude?

I awarded 2 stars as half the order did arrive at the correct address & were of decent quality but I ordered & paid for a grip tech boot mat which was not in the package & there is no way on earth you are getting through to them on the telephone! Also no reply to emails.

I purchased my car mats from this company on the 20th March 26 via Ebay.At first I was extremely pleased with the mats & gave good feedback.If I could retract that I would as already the drivers mat is showing signs of wear.
I have contacted the company several times but am still awaiting a reply.
My advice is don't waste your money!

If no star rating was available I'd have given this company zero. Thy also trade under Justcarmats who I placed an order with. The confirmation order had an incomplete delivery address so I tried to contact them to change it to the correct one. They do not have access phone number for contact so I found the email address. I sent them 5 emails asking for a change of address but none of the emails were answered. After confirmation that my mats had gone into production after 2 days and would be despatched the day after I waited for a week before I got suspicious. Just by chance I paid on PayPal pay in 3 so I checked with them and found that the company they had paid the 1st installment to was Carsio car mats. I raised a dispute with paypal and they, straight away, refunded me the money. After 2 weeks I still haven't received any communication from Justcarmats or Carsio. Carsio car mats are sold on amazon for half the price of my order.
AVOID BOTH THESE COMPANIES AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Ordered new mats for my Vauxhall cords, mats arrived very poor quality and didn’t fit, items returned but never received refund

Avoid this company like the plague. The car mats are substandard I had a hole within 3 months of fitting them (drivers side)... I sent several emails & images, they did not have the courtesy to reply...albeit the mats were not expensive but should last longer than 3 months surely. I purchased the car mats through there ebay shop.

Hope you don't have a problem with your order as Carsio don't answer the phone and don't answer emails

Dreadful company to deal with, I ordered a set of carpets for a motorhome and sent in templates that were spot on, I received carpets back that were not cut correctly and the carpet quality was dire basically velour with a rubber back that stank, The customer service from this company is the worst I have ever had on Ebay since 2007, dont buy from this company give them a miss and buy from another company with better feedback had I read the reviews on here first rather than fall into the trap I wouldnt have purchased from them , they are the rudest most unhelpful company I have ever had to deal with CRAP !!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !! I orderd 2 weeks ago and still no mats , can’t get hold ov them as they won’t Anser the phone . Absolute scammers…… DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!

Rubber mats provided, firstly stunk the porch out with awful odour, then the car, even though they were still in wrapping in the boot
Suggest they do not go through rigours of defining industry standard materials, which are very focused in odour amongst other very strict criteria

Further to my previous review, I have still not received my refund, However the seller advised the mats are at the sellers local delivery office, Royal Mail have tried twice to deliver but could not complete delivery.
So seller still delays to pay refund. I have further had 3 messages from Amazon and still Amazon does not intervene. I am pleased to note that several of you are paying attention to Trustpilot reviews.

Took my order then nothing. They did not deliver and did not respond to emails and they do not answer the phone. I paid via Paypal and fortunately started a chargeback and was refunded but it took a month to get my money back. I wish I had checked the previous reviews before I placed my order.

Only reason gave a star was because only way to get to this part to say that this company is run by absolute monkeys and clowns by the way of there total lack of respect.

Terrible customer service. I would absolutely NOT recommend using Carsio! Offered a deal where I could get a full set of car mats with a matching boot mat. However, they delivered only the car mats, and just didn't send the boot mat. After waiting a week I emailed them, and they just replied they don't have the boot mats. Did they just expect to take my money and hope I wouldn't notice they didn't send all the items? I notice they still sell the boot mats in various versions on their website, but if I were to buy it as a stand alone item I'd need to pay for separate shipping and now at full price (rather than the deal price I'd been offered).

Unhelpful "customer service" that's indifferent to the service offered to the customer, and it takes them 1-2 days to reply to an email every time with unhelpful responses. After many back and forth emails I've given up and will just get my boot mat elsewhere. I would strongly suggest others AVOID this company after my experience.

Hubby picked up mats for our new car. Measured well, polite guy, efficient, ready on time, great product! Look fab!

I purchased a 7 piece set of mats and was impressed with the quality and price. Most impressive was the customer service given by Darius. He was attentive and could not have done more to accommodate me. I wanted some specific boot mats and it was reassuring that Darius was willing to check my vehicle size and measure up to make sure everything was as I needed. The custom mats were made and ready for collection within 2 working days. Darius was there again to allow me to collect the mats.

So like most I read these reviews and didn't want to make an order. However I gave them a chance and ordered on the Saturday. Was at my door on Tuesday. Pleasantly surprised and very good for the price. Will buy again in the future

I bought some carpets fir my Audi TT, look good and a fair price.
Arrived two weeks later looked good,until I went to fit them. Not the right cut despite sending year etc.I asked for a replacement just swap them even happy to do that.
Since then had numerous e mail ..pass to my manager ...pass to my supervisor. Can you send registration etc etc I don't think their interested.
Maybe after I contact Amazon I may get a response.

Same as everyone else would give 0 stars if possible.
Ordered weeks ago and still nothing.
Emailed constantly and got replays but they were talking about some else's order every time. Turns out my order number was wrong and the tracking info as well.
Asked for a refund as no order received and now there not getting back to me. Gone quiet.
Definitely do not purchase stay away.
I'll be contacting my bank and trading standards

Car mats received defy poor quality and have asked to return and they won’t answer me so clearly not a good company to deal with so don’t buy , I have wasted £40 for nothing
