I am just arrived from Italy and I have with me my lavazza coffea machine, it uses pods which are relatively rare in the UK: i receive fantastic support and advice from Caferico, in particular from Andy: five star service and a great chance to enjoy the best coffee, thans Andy, thanks Caferico, from Ian now in London :-)

Amazing Customer Service
I ordered a new Lavazza Blue coffee machine and i was contacted as a courtesy to let me know the order had been received but there would be a delay as it wasn't in stock. After a brief check, they confirmed the unit was in stock and was leaving the next day.
It's unusual for a company to call you to confirm the order as a matter of course and to ensure everything was covered. Really really good service
