Systems shambolic

Ordering impossible without a french mobile phone number.
Delivery promises broken 3 times. We ended up collecting it.
Perishables left on van 5 days.
No meaningful service standard imposed on Chronopost. Drivers deliver or not at their choice and convenience knowing that management will cover them.
Parcel number not fed into tracker so impossible to track what is not happening. Impossible to contact by phone.
Feedback requested and sent but bounces.
