Do not use bravofly!

I tried to book flights from Tokyo to vancouver for two people and received an email shortly after stating the money had been frozen from my account yet the booking was not confirmed.

I contacted bravofly several times to get clarification as to why the booking had not been confirmed and they stated it was their system that did not confirm it yet they still froze my money.

I contacted my financial institution and they told me they had authorized the payment and gave me a form to send to to bravofly so they could speed up the process of the refund. When I emailed this form to bravofly there was no reply, I emailed them again with no reply and they still have not replied about sending this form back to my bank! Have tried calling several numbers listed and none of them work!

We are traveling and need that money to purchase flights through another company!! This is totally unacceptable and we want our money returned to us!

They are a dodgy company that will take your money, the customer service is disgusting, never book through them as you will not get a flight and no response from customer service!

We are sorry that we have been unable to confirm your booking. Our system automatically detected an unsecure transaction, therefore it was blocked immediately in order to protect your booking.

The reason there may still be a transaction pending on your card is due to the temporary credit limit system used to take payment. The amount has been released by us but the time taken may vary depending on your bank or card provider. I have asked our Customer Care Team to send you a proof of transaction document that you can pass on to your bank and may help speed up the process somewhat.
