Great experience today, warmly greeted at the door and directed upstairs to buy camping gas. Served by Francis who was really helpful and friendly! Highly recommend, also great for students with discount.

Andrew was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I felt that he spent time with me answering many questions that I had on several items in the shop. I left feeling very happy & confident & with my new purchase of Scarpa boots that I’ll be using on my next hillwalk & will be back again very soon!

Ordered a jacket online to be picked up from Glasgow shop. We ended up being gone when the jacket was delivered to the shop & the guys held it for us. Very pleasant, friendly & easy to talk to.

I was served by Frances she was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I was returning a Berghaus jacket that the zip had broken on. Frances exchanged the jacket for me. Because of the way Frances treated me I will definitely be shopping in this store again. Frances is a credit to the company. 10 out of 10 I’m a very happy customer.

I had a problem with an order …. I didn’t seem to get very far along the resolution line when I phone up the customer service department. That’s another story…. Anyway…. So I phone up the Glasgow store and spoke to a very helpful lady ( forgive me if I’m wrong but I think she said here name was Laura? ) who helped me out and confirmed a resolution had been reached later that day when she rang back. Absolutely wonderful service from the store …. Top marks!!!

My partner was ill and wanting me to collect a Backpack for her. Her online order had went missing in the post. She was wanting the same Backpack but with the online discount. I spoke to the manager (Frances). After showing her all the emails she allowed me to buy the Backpack in store for the same price as the online discounted one. It meant a lot as the backpack was needed for an urgent trip. It was first class service and really made my partner's day. Daniel served me at the till and everything went smoothly. Will be going back for all our future camping equipment. Wonderful shopping experience. Really well stocked and presented shop too.

As there is no Blacks in Perth have shopped at several different stores and the customer experience is consistently good.

Daniel K was exceptional at helping me find the perfect shoes for a muddy concert. Not only was he happy to help but also put huge smiles on our faces. Daniel’s a huge asset to the shop.
