Always a welcoming team, I love how local the team are here, and happy to let me pick apart the new items they get in store. This time I was after the OEX Ballistic Ultra 65L bag, which is awesome. Gary, as always was smiley, cheerful and helpful to chat to about the new stuff and totally patient, while I picked apart the features of the bag. Having moved over from Millets, Gary is an awesome member of staff who looks super happy in the Blacks Store. Keep the new items coming in Blacks, see you soon. The Store looks great as always.

Went into the store in Bath, and was welcomed by Peter. The service I had was great, friendly and efficient.
I had an inquiry about some winter boots, which Peter helped me with, and was great to have his assistance.
Great store, with great prices too on a bunch of established outerwear brands.

Purchased if a Berghaus jacket.
Purchased a Berghaus jacket today, served by Gary who was friendly but professional and provided a lot of additional information relating to the jacket of which I was unaware. Overall very positive and I’m sure that in the future I will call into the store for any further outdoor wear.

Elizabeth was so helpful…
I visited Blacks today to find some walking boots for a hike I am going on soon in Norway. Hiking is quite new to me and I didn’t know where to start with which boots to try. Elizabeth helped me by giving me really good advice and made me feel at ease, she was really friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging and I found the perfect boots! Thank you so much!
