Exceptional quality goods and customer service
I decided that I have to be old school. Not young, not slim, so go classic. I wanted a traditional style jacket, like Ogri.
The prices out there vary so much, the quality does as well. So on a restricted budget, I chanced upon Black Tab. A scan of their jackets revealed a Patrol jacket was what I wanted, but the size only went up to 2XL. I normally take a 3XL, but cuts vary, Aldi gear I am between 1 and 2 XL...
Ordered a 2 and it arrived next day. Impressed I took it out and could not zip it up. Upset I called the shop. They were upset to find that the fill range of sizes was not available on the website, those jackets go up to the 6XL, so send it back, they will get a new one out to me.
4XL duly obtained, once again next day service. And oh, the quality...
This jacket is so black it hurts the eyes. It sucks light in and steals it. Now a jacket is only as good as the leather it is made from. This is top quality cow hide alright, 1.3mm thick, fully CE armoured, so no forking out another £100 or so for more protection, you got the lot in one hit.
It fits beautifully, looks amazing and the quality of service more than matches the price of the goods.
The big companies want to get my money in future, will they are going to have to better the price and quality of Black Tab, you know something, I don't think they ever will...
