Il 7 Marzo ho ordinato una colonia piuttosto costosa, non mi è mai arrivata. Ho provato a contattare un agente con il loro format e appare sempre un errore che mi impedisce di farlo, errore che mi impedisce di effettuare persino una cancellazione. Ho provato a chiamarli e dopo svariati tentativi la vodafone mi ha comunicato che il loro numero neppure esiste. Su Facebook mi hanno risposto dicendomi che mi avrebbero rimborsato entro e non oltre il 15/4, data puntualmente disattesa nonostante tre rassicurazioni. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni non rispondono più.
SCAM i ordered an expensive cologne more than one month ago and never arrived. I tried to contact customer care by contacting an agent with the format they provide but it doesn’t work, then I tried to call them but after many fails my phone company told me their number doesn’t even exists. I messaged here on Facebook by messenger and they answered me with the promise to refound me on the 15 of April. I’ve never received my order or my money back and they just don’t answer anymore. I have to say it’s a shameful scam.
