When I am sell a coin in bullish time, it's can't trade

I really when i send my problem the support service come in less than minutes and i tryied them many times not only once.thanks

Difficulty in carrying out identity verification, the QR Code is very small and it took a long time to read it using the cell phone camera

i registered bitmart because of a giveaway for first spot trade. after i finished, i got sms and email for award. i clicked but it said sorry try next events. i paid commission for that money but it was for nothing. i feel really disappointed, dont fall for their trap...

I bought LETSGO coin as a gag gift for a relative and myself in Dec 2022. Didn't pay attention to it for a long time. Found out that they were suspending transactions as of Aug 2023. I wouldn't have known how to transfer the coin at the time and not sure I know how now. My $300 is suspended in the account. I have 4,000,000,000 LETSGO coins that cost me $60 and they have a set fee of $50 USDT per coint to remove coins. Maybe the US government would pay $200,000,000,000 to make a transaction to withdraw $300 worth of LETSGO

As a project owner that got listed on Bitmart for token support and growth, the Bitmart's team unlawfully took over 165k of our token and sold almost immediatey which affected the overall health and liquidity of our token. The Bitmart's team in charge of our project were very unprofessional and were bent on crashing our tokens regardless of the implications and they did exactly that. We have written to support and other management for an investigation into the matter but no responses from any of them That is really bad that an exchange like Bitmart would do such a havoc to the projects/tokens under it.

Bitmart replied to my review but to "resolve the matter promptly" but then again the link and tick number given lead to another dead end... no one is accountable in Bitmart. This is how their system is and it's really bad and dangerous for token owners. No transperancy, no accountability, no integrity, Mostly fraudulent acts from the team because the know that the system in general doesn't hold anyone accountable.

Again, your customer support team are bots... stop sending me to them. Get me a real responsible human that has integrity enough to resolve our issues with Bitmart exchange. Your team has our tokens and are just dumping them at any price. this is very very bad to do to any token listed on Bitmart.

I have raised a request regarding this issue, but unfortunately, no one from BitMart's team has demonstrated the integrity to follow up and resolve it. Our token has been unlawfully withheld by BitMart’s team, and now they are dumping it back on us, which has placed a severe strain on our liquidity. This situation is highly detrimental to our project.

As a new token/project, we chose to list on BitMart to gain token support and leverage BitMart’s large community. However, in less than a month of being listed, BitMart's team handling our project has unlawfully taken a significant number of our tokens. This has caused substantial distress, as they are selling it back to us rapidly and at any price.

This is an extremely concerning situation, and if it is not addressed promptly and appropriately by BitMart, your team risks destroying our project and its potential before it even has a chance to grow. We urgently need a resolution to prevent further damage to our project and community.

While we are waiting for your team to take some actions to resolve our issues. We are currently having another issue. while integrating new APIs for our mm and trading accounts, the IPs in included to whitelist are not whitelisted and again the Bitmart team in charge of our project are not responsive or helping.

Support staff was very quick to respond to my email request, with professionalism and kindness.

I am very disappointed that BitMart supports 100% verified scammers like LOPE (Lopecoin).

erratic. A lot of misleading informationand also a lack of useful hasresulted in loss of funds.

fee higher than mexc kucoin binance exchanges. copy trading is terrible, manipulated by somebody. i don't want to put big money on this exchange. they should watch Maxc exchange. it still better than bing x exchange.
