Twice, we had the pleasure of exploring Beaumont Tiles Studio in Malvern, most recently last Saturday afternoon.

The store's layout effectively showcased a wide & varied selection of tiles, all within a well maintained environment.

Nonetheless, it was Vedat & Kostas who elevated our experience to a whole new level. Their wealth of knowledge, helpfulness, and genuine warmth enriched our shopping journey.

We are truly appreciative and wholeheartedly recommend their outstanding service to anyone seeking top-tier assistance.

I ordered tiles from Beaumont tiles for my kitchen splashback. I measured the area as 4.2m2, however, I told the assistant from Beaumont 5m2 (just to be sure), my tiles are 200m x 200m and I was told I needed 60 tiles for my job. I ordered 80. My tiler came and toward the end of the job he advised that I was going to run out of tiles (by 28 tiles!). I couldn't believe it as I thought I had ordered a lot more than needed. I then was trying to find my tiles in stock somewhere so I could quickly buy more so the tiler could finish. I came across one of your competitor's websites, who also sell the tile I had chosen. Their website included a calculator for customers to work out how many tiles were needed for their job. I entered in 4.2m2, just to see what the calculator came back with, and the result was 105 tiles! Hugely different to what I was told by your sales assistant. If I was told 105 in the first instance, I would have ordered 120 and be now enjoying my new splashback. As it stands, I am living with an incomplete splashback and have to wait 6 weeks for the second order of tiles to arrive and pay another delivery fee and then organise for another time with the tiler to come back and finish the job.

The people I dealt with in store, in Malvern, were lovely and seemed to really want to provide me with a good service, however, their miscalculations have cost me time and money, so overall it was disappointing.
