Great customer service and very helpful

Just back from spending time in Ascot Vale Beaumont Tiles. Despite knowing that we were on holidays and wouldn't be buying from this store, River was most helpful, sharing ideas, setting up tiles on the bench and providing advice on tile size and tile finishes. He also noted down the name, sizes and codes to go to our "home" store.

Faultless - the word that comes to mind when considering the service from Beaumont Tiles- Ascot Vale. River in particular went above and beyond - answering my questions, sourcing quotes, giving me updates on my orders, assisting with additional requirements. He made the whole process of renovating my bathroom such an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

Mark and the rest of the team were super attentive and always trying to help with ideas, prices and concepts.
They made our experience super fun and easy to choose.

Mark was extremely nice to deal with, notification of delivery prompt, overall great experience.

Purchased online, received a call when my order was ready for collection and then a lovely man helped me load the boot. So straightforward and simple- plus the price was better than anyone else!

A few weeks again I bought some outdoor tiles, grout, etc for my front verandah. I was served by River, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. When I needed more tiles I called and spoke to River, he was able to order some more tiles from the same batch, again great service. I picked tiles up and thank you River you've been great.

I had left over tiles from a delivery received on the 2nd of December. My tiler finished the job when he came back from the Xmas holidays... And I requested to return my left over tiles on the 9th of January.

I was told that it wasn't possible to return the tiles because it had been more than 30 days since delivery.

Keep in mind, the tiles are still full price on the site, Beaumont tile encouraged me to get the tiles delivered earlier than my tiler was ready to start... and I really believed that I could return the left over tiles AS PER ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I was a repeat customer... never had to get them to uphold their service promise before... NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS MISLEADING COMPANY.
