Item in stock but not available

I ordered tiles that stated in stock online when selecting my local store however once my order was placed and paid for it told me it will take 7-10 days to deliver from the warehouse. I don't understand how or why, if in stock at my local store, this local stock can't be used for my order.

Great experience

Helpful showroom staff assisted in choosing tiles to bring my ideas to reality. Quote was quickly put together. It was no problem making minor adjustments to the quantities. Tiles arrived quickly, no problems with pick up. They’ve been laid now and look great.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely recommend the Townville Beaumont team!

Our experience with Matilda (Tilly) was…

Our experience with Matilda (Tilly) was great. She was extremely helpful and knew what she was talking about. She was able to answer any questions we put to her without hesitation. Tillys after sale service also was very good, and responded to an enquiry we had immediately. Thank you Tilly, I hope your team value your customer service! This was Warragul Store.

Delivered incorrect quantity

I ordered 3 boxes of a chosen tile and when I went to pick it up they had individually packed 3 tiles.

Update: thank you, they sent me the correct quantity and gave me free delivery for inconvenience

Easy to order online, poor delivery service

We ordered tiles online and received them promptly, however the delivery service was poor. We had asked to be notified of the delivery time, but were instead just met with the delivery truck showing up with no prior notice. This was despite calling the company and being told that they would provide us with a delivery time. Despite going out of our way to be present for the delivery, the tiles were dumped in our front yard with no attempt to put them where we wanted in our (very easy to access) garage. Typically poor service that characterises so many trade companies. We paid $100 for that extremely poor delivery service.

DISGRACEFUL

What a disgrace Beaumont…we attended the store in Midland WA today to purchase some tiles…when asked when we needed them by we advised immediately only to be informed that no stock is kept on the premises but at a warehouse in Canningvale so we could either wait until Monday (today is Thursday) & the stock would come into the store for us to collect or we could attend at the warehouse and collect the tiles and be charged $45 for us to use our petrol & spend our time collecting the tiles….so we pay you $45 for us to do the running around???are you kidding ???in what bloody universe am I going to pay you for me to do the running around(not ever going to happen) & now I read that if people return unused tiles you charge them a restock fee???seriously…& your company is represented on The Block…shame on you…your customer service is a disgrace….

Outstanding Service

Warners Bay store-
Asked for assistance for a small job and received outstanding service and detailed help re how to tackle the job. Made it easy for me. Recommend them to anyone. Rachael was outstanding in Customer Service as was the gentleman in the storeroom ! If anyone asks me were to go for tiles and outstanding service I will be directing them to Rachael at Beaumont Tiles Warners Bay.

Pick up location

I placed the order to pick up tiles. The only store showing online was Woollongaba. I live 40kms aways and requested to pick up from closest store which is Springwood. The team did not help and I have to travel 2 hours to and from, to pick up the tiles. Despite the store being closer to my home! Not very satisfying experience.

Excellent customer service…

Just wanted to give a shout out to Wally the delivery driver for an excellent service. Went above and beyond. Good job delivering our tiles to Box Hill and putting them in our garage ,as the person receiving the delivery was unable to do so. It was no bother to Wally.

Tiles good, return policy bad

I placed my order through the online store and the tiles themselves were well-priced and look great. The delivery went smoothly, despite tradies blocking the driveway. My only complaint is that once the work was done, I had several excess boxes of tiles that they would not take returns at their storefronts (Saturday). I contacted the online store Monday and the window for returns had passed by a day, so they would not accept a return (even with a restocking fee).

customer service isn’t really their thing

Even getting acknowledged when you walk in the door is hard. First time we visited in person we walked out after about 15-20 minutes of standing around. If someone does eventually come over though, they seem nice enough if semi-distracted. Always seems like their job isn’t sales/service and you’ve interrupted something else they where doing that was more important, but they do it cause there’s no one else available.
